The First Step in Our Regenerative Journey
STEP 1. FINDING THE PERFECT LOCATION
We are at the very beginning of an ambitious and hopeful journey—finding the right land to bring our vision to life. This is stage one of our project, where we seek not only the perfect piece of land but also a strong and supportive community around it.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our goal is to find a sizeable farm within an hour’s drive from Valencia City—a place where we can establish a thriving regenerative agroforestry project. Ideally, the land should be at least 6 hectares, though 60 hectares or more would be even better. The larger the space, the greater the opportunity to restore soil health, increase biodiversity, and create a resilient farming system.
It would be wonderful if the land already has trees—whether almonds, avocados, oranges, or other fruit and nut species. A mix of existing tree crops would provide a head start in creating a diverse and productive landscape.

Finding the right land is not just about searching online or driving through the countryside—it’s about connections. Do you know of any properties that might be suitable? Do you have contacts in the real estate, farming, or land conservation communities? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
Other Land Requirements
Another key requirement is a building on the property—somewhere to store tools, host guests, and provide a home for a family. The bigger the building, the better—a space that can support community gatherings, workshops, and educational programs.
The farm should be located in or near a village where neighbors have a positive attitude toward our mission. A location close to nature—with forests, rivers, or other natural landscapes nearby—would also be an incredible bonus.
